Financial Needs

The 4K Mapping project is a totally non-profit ministry. A key value we have is to provide maps, software, and other resources to the Body of Christ totally FREE of charge. As a result, our budget is completely dependent on the generous support and donations of others. Staff Needs

We are always in need of researchers, cartographers, and web developers to keep the 4K Mapping ministry fresh and cutting edge. Requirements to be on staff include raising your own financial support and completing a 5-month Discipleship Training School (DTS) at any YWAM operating location. For those looking to volunteer remotely on a part-time or project-only basis, please email us at 4kworldmap@gmail.com.

GIS Analysts

-Able to use ArcGIS desktop and online software, Google Maps, Google Earth, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access

-Familiar with Windows environment

Researchers

-Attention to detail

-Thorough research abilities, using multiple sources and able to cite and record those sources

-Geographic or GIS research methods are a plus!
